What’s new?

We’ve improved the LinkedIn Apply Connect integration so that a candidate’s first name, last name, and email address from their LinkedIn Easy Apply submission are now preserved. These fields will no longer be overwritten during resume parsing.

Why does it matter?

This ensures candidates are addressed correctly in automated communications and outreach messages. By prioritizing the information candidates provide directly in the LinkedIn application form, you avoid unintended name substitutions that could occur when parsing resumes, creating a more accurate and professional candidate experience.

How do I enable this?

This enhancement is automatically available for customers using LinkedIn Apply Connect. No configuration is required.
